Lily Zhang

Education Counselor

Lily obtained her bachelor's degree in English Literature from Central South University. She also received the TEM-8 certificate, IELTS Reading 9, and TOEFL 105+. During undergraduate study and the first few years of work, Lily visited the United States, New Zealand, Singapore, and other southeast Asian countries and assisted an international trading company to set up an office in Moscow, Russia. During her study and work experience, Lily met many young people from different countries. Many of them were high school graduates or university students and they were hoping to explore their passion and learn more about the world. Through the interaction and conversations with them, Lily became interested in the education system and cultures of different countries and then started her work in the international education industry.

For the past 6 years, Lily has been helping students apply for undergraduate and graduate programs from top US universities, as well as boarding schools. Lily is caring, patient, and detail-oriented. She is good at guiding the students to discover their real interests and passions, and find the best ways for the students to develop their interests and time management skills. She has helped students get into top universities including Columbia University, Johns Hopkins University, Emory University, University of California--Berkeley, Carnegie Mellon University, University of Southern California, University of Virginia, New York University, etc. For boarding schools, her students have got into Phillips Academy Andover, Choate Rosemary Hall, Milton Academy, Peddie School, Blair Academy, Emma Willard School, Westtown School, Baylor School, etc.
