Gary holds a dual Master’s degree in Economics and International Relations from University College London (UCL) and the Higher School of Economics (HSE). He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California (USC) and was previously admitted to the prestigious Bronx High School of Science via New York City’s competitive SHSAT exam.
