Education Counselor

Being raised in Shanghai, Emily started her career in educational consulting right after she graduated from college. 10 years or working experience in education, has cultivated a high standard in work to achieve excellence. She has won the golden award for education consultants provided by the Ministry of Education Study Sbroad Service Center.

Emily has helped over 1000 students to prepare and apply for US universities and some of her successful cases include: University of Chicago, Cornell University, Columbia University, Northwestern University, Middlebury College and much more. As an expert in US University application, Emily not only organized a set of strategies, but also been interviewed by multiple media such as Southern Metropolis Weekly Education Column, Eastday online, Tencent. Emily has twice been invited to serve as judge for the No.1 Best Study Abroad Consultant Team Competition.

She has always been passionate about finding the fit education path for students and families. Emily hope to continue her career in educational consulting dedicated to exploit student’s potentials, help them to step into the doors to top school and create a future of their own!

Cynthia Sun

Education Counselor

Cynthia was born and raised in Beijing, China. She pursued her high school and tertiary education in New Zealand when she was 16. Cynthia hold a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration degree, with a double major in Finance and Human Resources Management. Upon graduation, she returned to Beijing and worked as a Student Counselor at two major international schools for 6 years.  She has helped many of her students find universities that best fit them, including top universities such as University of California, Los Angeles, University of California, San Diego, New York University in USA and University of British Columbia, University of Toronto, and University of Waterloo in Canada. During summer breaks, Cynthia takes her students to North America for campus visits.

With this, students get the chance to speak to admission officers in person, which is beneficial for their university applications. Cynthia is passionate about education and she wishes to provide the most professional advice and guidance to her students. She believes that every student should be treated in a personalized way as they are all unique.  Cynthia trusts that any student can be admitted to the school of his or her choice through a counselor’s professional guidance.

June Cao

Education Counselor

June grew up in China and went to Singapore at the age of 17, whereby she graduated from Temasek Polytechnic with a Diploma in Engineering. She went on to pursue her studies with Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University), and completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Upon graduation, she joined Nanyang Polytechnic Business School, and expanded her sphere of influence in nurturing, supporting and coaching the students in their teaching enterprise projects. She mentored the students under her care, and guided them in their project, in their preparation for working life.

After the great work at Nanyang Polytechnic, June went on to serve as career coach in HR consultancy work; where she advised and guided young adults for their career planning, and coached them on resume writing and interview preparation. June is passionate to up lift the students in the fulfillment of life goals. Having stayed in Singapore for the past two decades, she was very familiar with the Singapore education system; owing to her educational background in both China and Singapore, where she had developed a deep understanding in both Eastern and Western systems.
